Job summary

Domino’s seeks a Manager, HRIS to lead the HRIS team and guide the transition from legacy HCM to a modern system over 3–5 years. You will own system administration, implement HR technology roadmap, and partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance and Operations to enable trusted data and services.

Located in Ann Arbor, MI, you’ll work in-office Mon–Thu with Friday hybrid, mentoring analysts while ensuring SOX compliance and data governance across PeopleSoft, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits,

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience with Enterprise HCM (Workday, UKG Pro HR, PeopleSoft).
• SQL proficiency to write native queries.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field (or equivalent).
• 7–10 years MIS leadership with people management responsibilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business language.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, functions, macros).
• MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio).
• Located in Ann Arbor, MI or able to relocate; in-office Mon–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS team and set goals; drive performance.
• Oversee system administration for HR tools (PeopleSoft HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits, ESS, MSS).
• Plan and execute HRIS implementations and upgrades.
• Ensure data governance, compliance (SOX) and audits.
• Coordinate with HR Reporting on data provisioning.
