Job summary

Domino's in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an SAP Technical Architect/Lead to provide technical leadership across the SAP landscape, designing, delivering, and governing scalable, secure, high-performing solutions. You will lead SAP technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive innovation and value.

The role requires deep SAP expertise (S/4HANA, EWM, SD, PP, MM), ABAP and cloud technologies, plus modern UI approaches.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in leading SAP technical teams and delivering SAP transformations.
• Deep SAP expertise across S/4HANA, EWM, SD, PP, MM with end-to-end processes.
• Experience with ABAP, SAP BTP, CPI, RTI, and CPI-DS.
• Proven ability to build modern SAP UIs with Fiori, Node.js, CAP-based solutions.
• Knowledge of integration frameworks, APIs, and system interoperability.
• Experience with SAP Basis, HANA, security governance, and data lifecycle mgmt.
• Experience with cloud-first, microservices, DevOps for delivery.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical teams including ABAP, integration, UI developers and Basis consultants.
• Drive the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions across the SAP landscape.
• Oversee SAP system upgrades, patching, technical maintenance, and performance optimization activities.
• Establish and enforce development standards, security controls, and compliance requirements through regular design and code reviews
• Manage release planning, transport management, change deployments, and production cutover activities to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead technical design workshops, solution architecture discussions, project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, infrastructure teams (internal and SAP), and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and development methodologies.
