United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO) is seeking a Manager, HRIS to lead the HRIS function in our Arlington, VA office.

The role focuses on procurement, implementation, and ongoing operation of HRIS systems to support recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and training. The position requires 5+ years in HRIS with supervisory experience and a strong ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, business or HR.
• 5+ years in HRIS administration/management, including 1+ year supervision.
• Familiar with UltiPro, MS Office, ATS and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment/onboarding, compensation and benefits data tasks.
• Test system features and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Represent HRIS interests to Departments, Payroll/Finance and IT.
• Collaborate with IT on system needs and vendor tools.
• Lead HRIS team and provide development opportunities.
