Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead our HRIS strategy, configuration, reporting, and process improvements. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll and other business stakeholders to support data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.

This leadership role requires 8+ years in HRIS, hands-on experience with Jobvite, SAP SuccessFactors or UKG, and strong project-management skills.

Qualifications

8+ years of HRIS experience, including 2+ years of lead-level project management experience.
Hands-on experience with Jobvite, SAP SuccessFactors or UKG.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience managing system implementations or upgrades is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s HRIS (e.g., Jobvite, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.).
Oversee system configuration, upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
Ensure HRIS data integrity through regular audits and validation.
Coordinate vendor selection, implementation, and ongoing management to ensure system alignment with organizational needs.
Test new system features and updates to verify accuracy of HR procedures and data workflows.
Partner with HR and IT to ensure system security, compliance, and access control standards are maintained.
