Job summary

Hogsalt is seeking a full-time HRIS Manager to maintain and optimize HR information systems, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and compliance across departments. You will lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and integrations with UKG Pro, WFM/Dimensions, ATS, LMS, benefits, and e-signature platforms.

The role demands 7+ years in HR/Payroll and 5+ years in HRIS configuration, with strong root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR and/or Payroll experience.
• 5+ years of direct HRIS configuration and/or implementation ownership, lead/managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated root-cause analysis expertise across data flows and integrations.
• Experience implementing HR systems (timekeeping, scheduling, ATS, LMS, HRIS) for efficiency.
• Experience with multi-site/multi-state operations and benefits workflows.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HRIS, timekeeping, and pay-calculation issues by identifying root causes.
• Design durable, documented fixes and preventive controls.
• Manage HRIS cases end-to-end with UKG support and integration vendors.
• Lead HRIS upgrades and new module rollouts across systems.
• Ensure reliable integrations among UKG Pro, WFM, benefits, ATS, LMS, and e-signature platforms.
• Develop and audit custom HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
