We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Project Manager HRIS to lead enterprise software implementation and technology transformation projects across the organization, with an initial focus on the implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with a strong ability to manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, system implementation, data migration, testing, training, organizational change management, deployment, and post-implementation support.
As an IT Project Manager - HRIS, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Information Technology, vendors, consultants, and executive leadership to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, user experience, and business performance. While the initial assignment will focus on the HRIS implementation, the IT Project Manager - HRIS may lead additional enterprise software implementations and business transformation projects as organizational priorities evolve.
