Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager HRIS to lead the HRIS implementation for a landmark Hudson Tunnel Project. You will manage full project lifecycles, coordinate HR, IT, and vendor teams, and drive change management and user adoption across the organization.

The role focuses on delivering a high-quality HRIS solution, with opportunities to lead additional enterprise software implementations as priorities evolve. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or business applications.
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of HRIS and enterprise software projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors.
