Job summary

TEWS Company in Houston, TX, is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst III to own HRIS integrations, data management, and analytics. This on-site role supports HRIS and payroll-related integrations and reporting, partnering with IT and vendors to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS, business systems, or related technical analyst roles.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, UKG Pro, or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong integration background across multiple systems and vendors.
• Hands-on skills including REST APIs, CPI/Boomi, SQL, XML/JSON, SFTP, WSDL, XSLT.

Responsibilities

• Build and support HRIS integrations between core HR platforms and systems.
• Design and maintain API-based integrations using CPI or Boomi.
• Analyze data mappings, transformations, and integration gaps.
• Support HRIS configuration, upgrades, and release impact analysis.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with IT and vendors.
• Create technical docs and run UAT/regression testing.
• Deliver dashboards and reporting with Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Apply HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
