Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Field Deployment Engineer to join our Professional Services team. You will build and implement integrations between our AI-powered workforce platform and HRIS systems for enterprise clients.

The role requires Python development, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. You will collaborate with client IT and HR operations to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
3–5 years of hands-on experience building and coding integrations in Python.
Proficiency in implementing API-based integrations, including REST and SOAP.
Deep experience with at least one enterprise HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
A strong command of SSO and OAuth 2.0 (implementation experience, not just configuration).
Solid understanding of integration design patterns, such as event-driven architecture, ETL pipelines, and data transformation.

Responsibilities

Building and implementing end-to-end integrations between the platform and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
Partnering with enterprise clients to understand their HRIS architecture and define specific integration requirements.
Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in close collaboration with client IT and HR operations teams.
Documenting integration designs, data flows, and deployment configurations to ensure ongoing stability and maintainability.
