Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Field Deployment Engineer to join their Professional Services / Customer Enablement team. This position involves working with enterprise clients to implement integrations between the company's AI-driven workforce intelligence platform and their HRIS systems, such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience building integrations in Python and a solid understanding of integration design patterns. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3-4 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience building and coding integrations in Python.
• Deep experience with at least one enterprise HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
• Solid understanding of integration design patterns, such as event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Building and implementing end-to-end integrations between the platform and HRIS systems.
• Partnering with enterprise clients to understand their HRIS architecture.
• Documenting integration designs and deployment configurations.
