Job summary

YPO is seeking an HRIS Manager to administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and support for HR processes. You will collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to optimize workflows and reporting for a global business.

You will manage system releases, analytics, governance, and end-user training, aligning HRIS capabilities with evolving business needs and ensuring a positive user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience including administration and support.
• Experience configuring HRIS processes, security, reporting, and core HCM functionality.
• Experience developing HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform with reliable performance.
• Serve as the SME for HRIS and advise HR and business stakeholders.
• Plan, test, and implement HRIS releases and enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements.
• Provide end-user support and training.
