Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills required including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Macros.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for HRIS-related issues.
• Lead HRIS configuration enhancements and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics.
