Job summary

YMCA of San Diego County is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage day-to-day HCM system administration, testing, reporting, and data integrity. You will lead configurations, enhancements, and complex troubleshooting with HR, Payroll, and IT partners.

The role requires extensive experience with HCM platforms, strong analytical skills, and a focus on data accuracy, security, and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HCM/HRIS system administration, configuration, data governance, and analytics.
• Experience supporting HCM implementations, enhancements, or HR technology projects.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise HCM platforms and release management cycles.
• Understanding of core HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits processes and how they map to HCM logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead system configurations, enhancement projects, and complex troubleshooting.
• Design and deliver recurring/ad hoc reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex HRIS issues with cross-functional teams.
• Administer security profiles, roles, permissions, and access controls to protect data.
