Forgen is hiring an HRIS Manager to lead our HRIS strategy, implementation, and ongoing management. You will ensure data integrity, security, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You’ll partner with Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, and leaders to optimize HR technology, streamline processes, and support growth through scalable solutions. This is an office-based role with opportunities for process improvements and cross-functional impact.
Position Summary
The HRIS Manager at Forgen is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role ensures the integrity, security, and effectiveness of HR data and systems while enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The HRIS Manager partners closely with Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, and business leaders to streamline processes, improve employee experience, and support Forgen’s growth through scalable HR technology solutions.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This office-based role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.

Pay Range
$115,000 - $140,000 USD
