Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to own HRIS data entry and data integrity, serving as the system of record administrator and the day‑to‑day owner behind payroll feeds and reporting.

You will standardize processes, build audit routines, and coordinate with HR, payroll, timekeeping, and finance teams to keep data clean ahead of a future HRIS transition. This role demands meticulous attention, confidentiality, and the ability to document SOPs and workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on HRIS administration or data management experience (configuration, security, reporting, data maintenance).
• Accountability for data accuracy: audits, reconciliations, exception management.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile across systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail; maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Discretion with confidential compensation and employee data.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS data entry end to end as the single accountable owner: employee records across the full lifecycle.
• Define and run the process for who updates HRIS and when, with SOPs for HR team, recruiters, and managers.
• Own data integrity: audits, validation rules, exception reporting, reconciliations across HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, ATS, and Finance.
• Day-to-day system administration: security roles, workflows, integration and file feeds with Paylocity support.
• Keep system current as the single source of truth: org structure, locations, pay/bonus structures, and docs.
• Serve as HRIS point of contact for troubleshooting, training, and reporting.
• Build and maintain core HR/payroll data reporting package: headcount, turnover, labor cost, data exceptions.
