Job summary

LHH US is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the client team in the Houston area on a contract basis. The role concentrates on backend HRIS configuration, data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional project support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large HCM platforms, perform data-driven analysis, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate workforce insights.

Qualifications

3+ years of HRIS or HR data analysis experience.
Hands-on experience with backend changes in large HCM platforms.
Experience supporting HR systems in mid-to-large organizations.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support HRIS systems with backend updates, configuration changes, and data management within HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP).
Perform system updates related to employee data, organizational structure, job changes, and process enhancements.
Extract, export, and analyze raw HR data from HRIS systems to support reporting needs.
Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using Excel and HRIS reporting tools.
Partner with HR, payroll, and leadership teams to deliver accurate and actionable workforce data.
Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
Support system integrations, upgrades, and testing efforts as part of HRIS-related projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting needs, dashboards, and data-driven initiatives.
Provide support during system implementations, enhancements, or process improvements.
Assist in documenting HRIS processes, workflows, and data management procedures.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support as needed.
