Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to own HRIS data entry and ensure data integrity across systems. You will be the hands-on administrator supporting payroll and finance feeds, and guide data cleanup during system transitions.

This role requires building discipline for accurate, timely data across headcount, benefits, and reporting. You will partner with HR Operations and managers to establish SOPs, audit processes, and reliable data feeds as the company plans future HRIS changes

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on HRIS administration or data management experience.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort reconciling across systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail and SOP/documentation practices.
• Discretion with confidential compensation and employee data.
• Experience through an HRIS implementation or data migration.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS data entry end to end as the single accountable owner across the full lifecycle.
• Define and run the process for HRIS data updates with SOPs for the HR team and managers.
• Maintain data integrity with audits, validations, and reconciliations across systems.
• Day-to-day system administration: security roles, workflows, integration feeds, vendor coordination.
• Maintain org structure, locations, and pay/bonus structures in the system.
• Serve as HRIS contact for troubleshooting and reporting.
