Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to own data entry and data integrity across the HRIS, serving as the trusted owner of the system that feeds payroll and Finance on a daily basis.

The role involves building discipline in data handling, supporting a future HRIS implementation, and partnering with HR and Finance to deliver reliable reporting and insights. This position is aligned with operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands-on HRIS administration or data management experience.
• Demonstrated accountability for data accuracy, audits, and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile across systems.
• Discretion handling confidential compensation and employee data.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS data entry end to end as the single accountable owner for employee records across the full lifecycle.
• Define and run processes for updates in the HRIS, with SOPs for HR, recruiters, and managers.
• Maintain data integrity with audits, validation rules, and exception reporting across HRIS, payroll, ATS, and Finance.
• Administer security roles, workflows, and integrations (timekeeping to payroll, benefits to carriers).
• Keep org structure, locations, and pay/bonus structures current; maintain system documentation.
