Job summary

Qualus is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the HR team with data accuracy in HRIS, report pulling, and job description management. You will review records, identify missing content, and assist with postings while learning HR processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools (UKG, SAP, Power BI).
• Ability to quickly pick up new systems or software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull reports and review employee data for accuracy in the HRIS.
• Participate in HR reporting process improvements.
