Job summary

Quorum Federal Credit Union is seeking a Temporary HR Operations Assistant to support transitioning to a new HRIS. You will perform data transfers from legacy HRIS, organize and upload documents, and collaborate remotely with the HR team to ensure a smooth migration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
• 1 year of HR operations experience; UKG/Kronos experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail abilities; meets deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; manage data migration/doc processing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out data transfer from legacy HRIS to the new HRIS as assigned.
• Process large volumes of employee data and documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Audit and validate migrated data; identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Track and monitor migration activities to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with HR team and HRIS vendor to address roadblocks and support migration project.
