Job summary

Quantinuum in Broomfield, CO is seeking an HR OPS Intern to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, including performance reviews, compliance, and internal communications. You'll work with line leadership to support compensation, generalist duties, staffing, and organizational development.

This internship offers projects, dashboards, data analysis, and engagement initiatives for remote and hybrid teams. Housing stipend outside the state plus a competitive hourly rate of $22–$26.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree.
• Internship prior to degree completion – graduating on/after December 2027.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, or related status).
• Due to U.S. government security requirements, non-U.S. China/Russia nationals may apply only if a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to Core HR Functions: performance reviews, compliance, and internal communications.
• Partner with line leadership to support business performance in compensation, generalist, staffing, and organizational development.
• Work on a special project culminating in a presentation to top business leaders.
