Job summary

MutualOne Bank is seeking an HRIS Administrator in Framingham, MA to configure, maintain, and report on the HRIS and related HR tech platforms. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and enable efficient HR operations.

The role supports all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and audits. Initial training is on-site, followed by a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of federal and state HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• 3+ years of experience with HRIS/HR systems (implementation, support, configuration)
• Experience with major HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, Paycom) or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HRIS operations: configuration, user access, troubleshooting, upgrades.
• Ensure employee and HR data is accurate and up-to-date across personal info, job details, compensation, benefits, and performance.
• Develop and maintain HRIS processes, policies, and documentation (data governance, user guides, workflows).
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to understand requirements and execute system changes and integrations (e.g., payroll, time & attendance, onboarding).
• Provide training and support to HR users and employees on HRIS functionality and self-service tools.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support workforce planning and HR metrics.
• Ensure data protection and audit-readiness for HR systems.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase HR effectiveness.
