ConnectOne Bank is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize the HRIS and related HR technologies. You will ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and regulatory compliance, transforming manual HR processes into automated workflows.

In this role, you will lead HR system projects, streamline processes, and provide training to managers and employees. A strong People First mindset and experience with Paylocity, UKG Pro, ADP, or Rippling are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong People First mindset and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Federal and State banking regulations and HR data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Bank’s HRIS and related applications.
• Maintain employee records, org structures, workflows, and system configurations.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and new functionality.
