Wayside Youth in Framingham, MA seeks an HR Analyst to support People & Culture and Finance with workforce analytics, payroll assistance, and data management. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in Framingham office and 2 days remote. Salary range $64,000–$79,000/year plus a sign-on bonus; degree and experience considered.

Responsibilities include HR analytics, reporting, HRIS administration, payroll support, and compliance. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR/payroll and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years in HR, payroll, HRIS, analytics, or related functions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze workforce reports and dashboards.
• Track turnover, retention, vacancies, demographics, and engagement metrics.
• Support annual workforce analysis and strategic planning.
• Create reports using HRIS, payroll, Excel, Acumatica, and Power BI.
• Audit employee data and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Serve as primary HRIS support resource.
• Maintain employee records and organizational data.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and SOPs.
