Job summary

InvestCloud is seeking an HR Data & Analytics Manager who will clean, validate, organize, and present HR data; serve as a link between HR Operations, Finance, project management, and leadership; own data management for performance reviews, compensation programs, AI initiatives. You will automate and integrate solutions using R/Python, Power BI, and HRIS (UKG).

Qualifications

Experience driving HR data analytics and dashboards.
Strong data governance, accuracy, and privacy awareness.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

Collect, cleanse, organize, and present HR data for processes and initiatives.
Build and maintain scripts to automate reporting for leadership.
Develop HR dashboards and data pipelines using Power BI and scripting.
Model data for performant dashboards with star schemas and dimensional modeling.
Audit pipelines and monitor observability; manage data integrity.
Create/ refine AI agents for HR using Glean/OpenAI/Claude.
Support performance management, compensation data, and workforce planning.
Collaborate on process improvement and automation across HR functions.
