Job summary

Juno Search Partners, LLC is seeking analytical HRIS professionals to support the Benefits Service Delivery organization. The role focuses on HR data analysis, reporting, auditing, and documentation while handling large volumes of sensitive employee data in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze datasets from 1,000 to 70,000 records, export and validate data from HRIS platforms, create reports, perform audits, and document processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data focus.
• Advanced Excel skills: macros, data visuals, and complex formulas.
• Experience handling large HR datasets and maintaining data integrity.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience supporting HR, Benefits, or HRIS functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large HR datasets ranging from 1,000 to 70,000 employee records.
• Export, manipulate, validate, and maintain employee data from HRIS platforms.
• Create reports and perform audits to identify data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Research and resolve data issues while meeting established deadlines.
• Document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Support ongoing HR programs through reporting and operational documentation.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining accuracy.
• Handle highly confidential employee information with discretion.
