Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR admin or corporate support experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR data, payroll entries, and timesheets under director oversight.
• Schedule interviews, run background checks, onboard new hires.
• Assist with benefits, leave paperwork, and open enrollment.
• Track compliance training and certifications using Relias.
• Keep digital personnel files compliant and assist audits.
