Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Mapping: interview HR users to capture business requirements.
• Process Improvement: optimize HR, Payroll, and Training workflows.
• System Testing & Maintenance: coordinate HRMS upgrades and integrations.
• Reporting & Analytics: design queries and dashboards for metrics and compliance.
• User Support & Training: resolve issues and create SOPs and training materials.
• Vendor & Project Coordination: document projects and coordinate third‑party configurations.
