Job summary

Georgia System Operations Corporation is seeking an Analyst, HR Technology to support the administration, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions that enable efficient HR operations. The role emphasizes system administration, data integrity, reporting, and collaboration with HR stakeholders, IT, and vendors.

This onsite position requires strong analytical skills, attention to data accuracy, and a drive to grow into increasingly complex HR technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of relevant HR technology experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience supporting HR technology systems and HRIS functions.
• Experience with cloud-based HCM platforms such as Infor CloudSuite/Workday/Oracle SAP/UKG.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR technology operations and system improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of changes.
• Create and maintain system documentation and end-user materials.
• Support data audits, reporting, and analytics.
• Contribute to process improvements and self-service enhancements.
• Support HR technology projects, upgrades, and implementations.
• Coordinate testing, requirements, issue tracking, and status updates.
