Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/IS/related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS administration, configuration, and support experience.
• Experience with UKG Pro and BI reporting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with HRIS provider; communicate needs and coordinate enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to evaluate HRIS needs and recommend system solutions.
• Manage ongoing HRIS operations: configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Oversee data conversion efforts from legacy systems ensuring data integrity.
