Job summary

Mazak Corporation is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the HR team. The role administers, optimizes, and supports HRIS, including BI reporting, to improve system performance and data integrity.

The analyst will develop dashboards, reports, and workflows while serving as backup for payroll after training. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HRIS experience, with strong UKG Pro/BI familiarity and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IS or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience administering, configuring, and optimizing HRIS.
• Experience with UKG Pro/BI platforms strongly preferred; other ERP HRIS acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with HRIS provider to communicate needs and coordinate enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to evaluate HRIS needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage HRIS operations, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
