Job summary

YKTA is seeking an HRIS Specialist to manage HRIS and payroll operations in an industrial plant setting. You will ensure data integrity, accurate payroll processing, and compliance with wage and tax laws while optimizing system performance and reporting accuracy.

The role requires collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Travel up to 10% may be required as part of audits and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HRIS, payroll, HR operations or related experience.
• Hands-on payroll processing and review of earnings, deductions, taxes, and timekeeping.
• Experience creating reports and analytics and maintaining dashboards.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data and organizational structures within HRIS.
• Support implementation and testing of new modules and payroll changes.
• Troubleshoot HRIS and payroll issues with vendors and stakeholders.
• Process regular payroll cycles accurately and on time.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute HR/payroll reports and dashboards.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from team members.
• Track and manage FMLA and other leave requests.
