Position Overview
An organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS & Benefits Analyst to support its Human Resources function. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working with systems, data, and employee-facing processes. The HRIS & Benefits Analyst will manage ADP Workforce Now, oversee benefit programs, and ensure data accuracy while providing exceptional support to employees and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and optimize ADP Workforce Now non-payroll modules (surveys, LMS, performance management, etc.)
- Oversee employee data changes and ensure accurate system updates
- Generate and analyze HR and benefits reports (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Administer PTO plans, address employee and manager inquiries, and process adjustments
- Lead the Talent Management cycle, including performance evaluations and merit planning
- Produce and distribute annual Individual Total Compensation Statements
- Compile and analyze Employee Engagement Survey results
- Complete Employment Verifications and manage Unemployment Claims
- Support Open Enrollment setup and reporting
- Maintain HR data integrity across all modules
Benefits Administration
- Serve as the primary contact for benefit-related inquiries and HR inbox items
- Review and approve benefit elections, changes, and enrollments
- Manage the Leave of Absence (LOA) program, including FMLA tracking, benefit premium calculations, and repayment plans
- Generate and upload bi-weekly manual benefit file feeds (HSA, FSA, COBRA, 401k)
- Notify employees of 401k eligibility and assist with related communications
- Verify employee standing for bonus eligibility before payroll processing
- Manage internal benefit programs such as the Employee Store and Dental Plan
- Partner with payroll and external vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- ADP Workforce Now experience required (configuration, reporting, and module management)
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS management, benefits administration, or related HR functions
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, and other applicable leave and benefit regulations
- High attention to detail with excellent data management and reporting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
- Some employee relations experience preferred (e.g., PTO questions, service awards)
