Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Manager to run UKG configuration, integrations, and day-to-day operations within a global HRIS program. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to ensure data integrity, access controls, and auditable processes.

The role emphasizes technical depth, workflow design, testing, reporting, and disciplined execution to deliver a scalable HR technology platform across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or integrating enterprise HRIS or business systems.
• Strong enterprise system configuration skills: workflows, security, notifications, testing.
• Demonstrated integration experience with APIs, web services, SFTP/file interfaces, data mapping, reconciliation.
• Experience delivering system implementations or major enhancements through requirements, testing, cutover, hypercare.
• Strong reporting and data skills with ability to validate data logic and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer UKG and related HR technology, rules, workflows, and modules.
• Translate business requirements into efficient system workflows and approval paths.
• Design, build, test, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between UKG and other systems.
• Manage day-to-day system support, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and documentation.
• Lead or support module rollouts, country/entity setups, and data validation work.
