Job summary

Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, TX seeks an HRIS Administrator to manage HR systems, analytics, and data processes to support compliance and informed decision-making.

You will act as SME for the HRIS, design workflows, develop reports, advise HR and Payroll on optimization, and partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot complex issues.

This role emphasizes data governance, security, and providing training to staff while maintaining system integrity and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of HRIS administration, data analytics, or HR systems management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for HRIS platform including configuration, reporting, security, and process design.
• Develop, audit, and maintain automated HR workflows and data processes across systems.
• Advise HR and Payroll teams on system optimization and data governance improvements.
• Design and run dashboards, queries, and advanced reports to support compliance and decision-making.
• Support benefits enrollment, compensation adjustments, and performance evaluations.
