The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, developing reports and dashboards, and supporting end-users through training and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience importing data for reporting and visualization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in report writing, data administration and analysis, HR systems, and training.
• Experience with HR systems and HR processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, metrics, and dashboards for HR and business units.
• Create accessible data visualizations and tools for self-service HR information.
• Mine, aggregate, and validate data from multiple HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Absence Management, LMS).
• Maintain data integrity with audits and reconciliations across systems.
• Prepare presentation-ready reports for audiences at all levels.
• Provide training and support for end-users.
