Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of HRIS administration, data analytics, or HR systems management.
• Experience configuring workflows and maintaining system integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert for the HRIS platform, including configuration, reporting, security, and process design.
• Develops, audits, and maintains automated HR workflows, integrations, and data processes across systems.
• Advises HR and Payroll teams on system optimization and data governance improvements.
• Designs and runs dashboards, queries, and advanced reports to support strategic decision-making and compliance.
• Supports annual cycles such as benefits enrollment, compensation adjustments, and performance evaluations.
• Leads or assists with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules or enhancements.
• Provides user support and technical training to HR staff and department users.
• Ensures compliance with FLSA, EEO, and HIPAA through system configuration, audits, and data access control.
• Collaborates with IT and vendors to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend solutions.
• Analyzes HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to workforce metrics.
