Job summary

Fort Bend ISD is seeking an HRIS Support Analyst to provide technical and analytical support for HR systems and data. The role focuses on data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and end-user training to enable data-driven decisions.

The position involves supporting system upgrades, UAT, process improvements, and maintaining SOPs. Collaboration with HR stakeholders is essential to deliver effective HR data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience importing data for use in reporting software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts
• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in report writing, data administration and analysis, supporting HR systems, and training
• Experience with SQL or database query tools preferred.
• Knowledge of HR principles, data structures, and business processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, compensation, position control).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Power Query, SharePoint, or advanced Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, metrics, and dashboards.
• Create accessible data visualizations and tools for self-service HR information.
• Mine, aggregate, and validate data from multiple HR systems.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and reconciliations.
• Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities for decisions.
