Hawkins, Inc. in Minnesota seeks an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize the HRIS, manage employee data, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and reporting.

You will partner with HR, IT, and payroll to ensure data integrity, configure workflows, and support end‑user adoption across the organization. The role requires hands‑on experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage confidential information while delivering scalable HR technology solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years HRIS administration, HR operations, payroll, or related field.
• Experience with Paylocity or another HRIS; Paylocity preferred.
• Experience in HRIS reporting, data validation, and data analysis.
• Strong technical aptitude for HR technology, integrations, and workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Discretion handling confidential information; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain HRIS functionality, employee records, configurations, workflows, and related HR applications.
• Enter and validate new hire information; ensure records are complete and timely.
• Process data changes and coordinate updates with HR teammates.
• Support HR processes, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compensation, and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and document SOPs, process maps, and system guidelines.
• Test system updates, enhancements, and patches; coordinate with IT and HR.
• Create standard and ad hoc HR reports; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
