Job summary

Hawkins Inc in Roseville, MN seeks a skilled HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize the HRIS, manage employee records, payroll data, onboarding, benefits, and reporting. You will drive data accuracy, system enhancements, and cross-team collaboration to support HR operations.

You will partner with HR, payroll, IT, and benefits to troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and document processes. A 1–3 year background in HRIS and Paylocity is preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, payroll, or related field.
• Experience with Paylocity or another HRIS platform required; Paylocity preferred.
• Experience developing HRIS reports, validating data, and working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HRIS functionality, employee records, system configurations, workflows, and related HR applications.
• Enter and validate new hire information and coordinate updates with HR teams.
• Maintain employee demographic and employment information and support status changes.
• Monitor HRIS processes across entities to ensure data consistency and reporting.
• Serve as SME for HRIS, supporting configuration, workflows, and end-user questions.
• Coordinate testing for system updates and liaise with IT and HR to resolve issues.
• Develop, maintain, and document SOPs, process maps, and system guidelines.
• Create standard and ad hoc HR reports; support data integrity and compliance.
• Support compliance reporting (EEO, ACA) and security administration for HR data.
• Provide end-user training and promote system adoption across HR and payroll.
