Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Manager, HRIS & Analytics in Bethesda, MD to lead HR technology and workforce analytics, partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to optimize Workday, reporting, and data solutions. You will drive system enhancements, govern data quality, deliver advanced Workday reports and Power BI dashboards, oversee major HR tech projects, and promote self-service analytics across the organization.

This role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, analytics, IT, or related field.
• 7–10 years' progressive HRIS/HR analytics experience with Workday.
• Advanced analytics, data governance, and reporting using HR data.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS operations and Workday configuration, reporting, and security.
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Lead data governance practices, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage HR technology projects and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
