Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, workforce analytics, or related functions.
• Deep expertise in Workday administration including configuration, business processes, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR data governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS operations as the primary point of contact for Workday.
• Manage complex HR technology projects and system implementations.
• Drive the design, development, and maintenance of Workday reports and analytics.
