Baltimore County Office of Human Resources seeks a Chief of HRIS to lead the HRIS Division, overseeing Workday HCM, security administration, and analytics. You will partner with OIT on projects and guide daily operations for Human Capital Management, Time Tracking, and related services.

The role emphasizes transforming business processes through data-driven reporting, improving self-service tools, and collaborating on personnel policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, public administration, education, or psychology.
• 6 years of HR experience in Employee Relations, investigations, FMLA, accommodations, policy development.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory/management capacity.
• Current HR Certification required within 6 months if not held at hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS Workday functions and maintenance, including audits.
• Collaborate with OIT and Budget to monitor Workday project plans.
• Serve as the contact for HRIS support and administration.
• Direct staff and address employee concerns within the division.
• Develop HR reports and advance self-service analytics capabilities.
• Ensure security access and policy alignment across HRIS systems.
