The Associate HRIS Analyst role centers on Workday ERP and iCIMS ATS support, system testing, and collaboration with IT and business teams to optimize HR, payroll, finance, and time-tracking processes.

You will assist users, document solutions, and contribute to system upgrades and data reporting, helping the organization maintain accurate, efficient enterprise systems and compliant HR

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, finance, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years IT support, ERP administration, HRIS, or related field experience preferred.
• Exposure to Workday ERP and iCIMS or other enterprise systems is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provides first-level support for Workday ERP and iCIMS users, assisting with troubleshooting and escalating complex cases.
• Gathers and documents functional requirements for system enhancements and updates.
• Performs system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assists in developing end-user training materials and documentation.
• Supports Workday and iCIMS modules such as HCM, payroll, finance, and time tracking; ensures system accuracy.
• Monitors and responds to support tickets using internal tracking tools; resolves issues.
