Job summary

John Muir Health is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR programs and related systems, including wage/ salary administration, performance management, recruiting and data management. You will audit databases, ensure data integrity and provide HRIS expertise to staff and leadership.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in HR/compensation or benefits analysis and strong Workday experience, especially reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years HR, compensation and/or benefits analyst experience required.
• Workday in HCM and reporting is required.
• Advanced Workday Report Writer experience strongly desired.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
