Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, in Louisville, KY, is seeking an HRIS Representative to drive employee lifecycle Workday transactions from hire to exit and to ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with company policies.

You will partner with HR managers to design and deliver reports, dashboards, and scorecards, support data integrity initiatives, and identify opportunities to streamline processes in a collaborative, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in administrative, data entry, customer service, or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with Workday HCM is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with web-based applications and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR transactions in Workday from hire to exit.
• Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting support to HR Managers.
• Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with government and GE Appliances rules.
