Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with HR systems and data management.
• Proficient with DCPDS and USA Staffing.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist HRD staff during rollout of subsystems or updates.
• Ensure timely deployment following senior staff instructions.
• Learn and apply new system features to answer basic user questions.
• Review SOPs and user guides for database systems.
• Support testing, data validation, and quality checks.
