You will handle recruitment, personnel actions, record management, and data-driven HR processes to enhance mission-critical staffing and workforce operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HR support experience in a DoD or IC environment.
• Ability to perform technical and administrative support for HR, Leadership & Talent Development, and/or Compensation & Benefits projects.
• Experience conducting research and analysis to support HR projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer-service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on recruitment and staffing processes, including interview and selection and record management.
• Implement processes for hiring and placement actions.
• Process personnel actions, set pay, and determine allowances.
• Support DIA/DIA-wide talent management and acquisition initiatives.
