Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an HRIS Data Analyst to support the HR leadership team with data‑driven projects and UKG data integrity. You will run reports, maintain HR data, and design analytics systems to improve people decisions across the firm.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in HR/compensation data analysis.
• UKG Pro and Workforce Management experience.
• Advanced Excel with large data sets.
• BI experience with Power BI or Cognos.
• SQL experience.
• Excel/data integrations for forms and surveys.
• Ability to process and collate large amounts of information.
• Strong time management and prioritization of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from UKG to support HR and business operations.
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all employee data within UKG.
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout HR.
• Process employee data changes.
• Manage UKG integrations with third‑party vendors and internal systems.
• Develop and maintain basic, query, and data entry reports and dashboards.
• Communicate results of data analysis to HR leadership.
