Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an HRIS Administrator to join our HR Operations team. You will run and distribute standard and ad hoc UKG reports, maintain employee data accuracy, and design data recording systems to support HR leadership.

The ideal candidate has hands-on UKG Pro and Workforce Management experience, strong Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience analyzing HR data as a financial or business analyst.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets and complex formulas.
• Experience with HR data reporting and data integrity in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from UKG to support HR and business operations.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all employee data within UKG and perform data audits.
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the HR department.
• Process employee data changes and support HRIS Manager and Director of HR Operations with UKG needs.
